Job summary

Hilltop Junior School in Shotgate invites applications for a friendly Midday Assistant to help create a safe, happy lunchtime environment for pupils.

You will supervise the lunch hall, encourage imaginative play, support positive behaviour, and assist with basic first aid. This role suits someone who enjoys working with children and can fit around other commitments, contributing to our supportive school community. Training will be provided and we value every member of staff.

Qualifications

• Experience working with children is preferred.
• Good communication and reliability are important.
• Able to contribute to a calm, structured lunchtime environment.

Hilltop Junior School are seeking an enthusiastic, caring Midday Assistant who enjoys working with children to join their friendly, supportive team.
