Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Account Executive focused on the nonprofit sector in a mid-market capacity. You will position and sell the full Salesforce platform, coordinating a multi-disciplinary team to deliver unified solutions for nonprofit accounts.

You will demonstrate how Nonprofit Cloud supports donor management, grantmaking, program delivery and volunteer engagement, while building strategic plans and targeting both established partners and new prospects.

Qualifications

• Experience in quota-carrying, technology solution-based direct sales.
• Ability to build strategic territory and account plans for nonprofits.
• Researching nonprofit processes, fundraising challenges, and mission goals.
• Identify compelling value propositions for nonprofit needs.
• Strong communication across technical and business audiences.
• Proactive use of Salesforce resources to drive results.
• Collaborative work with account teams, SEs, and partners.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience in nonprofit/NGO or public sector B2B tech sales (≈3+ years)
