Responsibilities

• Underwrite Mid-Market Fleet business profitably and consistently.
• Develop and maintain broker relationships to maximise results.
• Engage with intermediaries and AXA's Underwriting Centre to showcase capabilities.
• Support branch controls and monitor account performance.
• Identify poorly performing accounts and collaborate to improve retention.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high service standards.
