Job summary

Get Recruited (UK) Ltd is partnering with a growing insurance brokerage to recruit a Commercial Account Executive focused on developing mid-market business. You'll inherit a book generating approximately 100,000 in income and have flexibility over how you build from there.

Attend the Nottingham office one day per week with the rest of your time arranged around prospecting, client meetings and servicing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience winning commercial clients.
• Confident generating your own leads and bringing in business quickly.
• Strong general commercial insurance knowledge and ability to engage mid‑market decision-makers.
• Ability to explain how you would approach building your pipeline and achieving results.

Responsibilities

• Win new mid-market commercial clients using your own prospecting approach.
• Generate the majority of your own pipeline with some marketing support.
• Take ownership of an inherited book and develop it for profitability.
• Advise across general commercial insurance lines and present suitable solutions.
• Work towards income targets linked to your remuneration and costs.
