Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Mid‑Market Sales Engineer for the Google Cloud Business Group. You will partner with account teams to shape opportunities, demonstrate Google Cloud value, and serve as a trusted technical advisor during the sales cycle.

You will develop solution concepts, run demos, build MVPs, and work with offshore teams to craft feasible, compelling proposals. Strong client-facing skills and a deep Google Cloud background are required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, client-facing technology role experience.
• Deep, hands-on experience architecting/building solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Experience with Modernization, Data & AI, Call Center AI, Workspace, Marketing Tech, Security or AI solutions on Google Cloud.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills with technical/executive stakeholders.
• Experience leading client-facing technical workshops and demos for sales pursuits.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and distributed teams, incl. offshore teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent work experience (12 years).

Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams to run discovery sessions and workshops clarifying priorities and requirements.
• Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders by providing technical guidance on Google Cloud capabilities.
• Shape solution approaches on Google Cloud aligned to client outcomes and feasibility.
• Lead product demos and workshops to show how Google Cloud solutions address challenges.
• Build rapid MVPs and proof-of-value assets to validate ideas and speed decisions.
• Contribute technical insights to proposals and Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Coordinate with offshore teams and SMEs to shape inputs and ensure smooth handoffs to delivery.
