Job summary

Five9 is seeking a Mid Market Account Executive in the Greater London area. You will independently drive revenue by identifying and closing new customers within a defined region or named accounts.

You will build a large pipeline, engage at the C-level, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closure, while collaborating with teams to ensure customer success and long-term retention.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Contact Center software or CRM sales experience.
• Experience selling at the C-level and managing a sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Create and drive revenue within a specified region or named accounts.
• Generate opportunities through networking and campaigns.
• Own the sales cycle from generation to closure.
• Develop and present business plans during quarterly reviews.
• Forecast accounts and opportunities in SFDC.
• Self-generate leads via referrals and events.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and retention through implementation and support.
