Pearson Carter Limited is seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Solutions Consultant in Loughborough, hybrid - 2 days onsite. The role focuses on shaping and delivering high-value Microsoft solutions across the organisation's digital landscape.

You’ll lead technical delivery for Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, working with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology and process improvements.

Location: Loughborough (Hybrid - 2 days onsite)
Salary: £60,000 - £65,000 Excellent Benefits

A well-established organisation within the sport and membership sector is seeking a Dynamics 365 & Power Platform Solutions Consultant to play a key role in the evolution of its digital landscape.

This position offers the opportunity to become a trusted technical lead across the Microsoft ecosystem, helping to drive innovation, improve business processes, and maximise the value of existing Dynamics investments. You'll join a collaborative IT function where your ideas and expertise will have a direct impact on organisational success.

The Opportunity

As the go-to specialist for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and the Power Platform, you'll be responsible for shaping, enhancing, and supporting business-critical solutions. You'll work directly with stakeholders throughout the organisation to understand business challenges and deliver practical, scalable technology solutions.

The business has already established Dynamics 365 Sales and is continuing to expand its Microsoft footprint, including ongoing work within Customer Insights and future plans to introduce Business Central. This creates a unique opportunity to influence multiple projects whilst helping define the long-term roadmap.

What You'll Be Doing

• Acting as the primary technical expert for Dynamics 365 CE and associated Power Platform technologies.
• Collaborating with key stakeholders to identify business requirements and improvement opportunities.
• Designing and delivering tailored solutions using Dynamics 365 and Microsoft low-code technologies.
• Enhancing existing applications, workflows, and processes to improve efficiency and user experience.
• Providing ongoing system optimisation, support, and governance.
• Working closely with internal product and development teams to ensure successful delivery of initiatives.
• Converting business needs into fit-for-purpose technical solutions.
• Building strong relationships across technical and non-technical teams.

What We're Looking For

This role would suit someone who enjoys taking ownership, solving business problems, and working closely with stakeholders while remaining hands-on technically.

• Proven experience working with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem.
• Experience working within Azure environments.
• Development experience involving JavaScript customisations.
• Strong background in requirements gathering and business analysis.
• Experience delivering Dynamics solutions from concept through to deployment.
• Comfortable working with both low-code and configuration-led solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Please note: Experience with C# or .NET development is not required.
