Job summary

hireful is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 expert for a fully remote role. You’ll provide hands-on consultancy, resolve issues, and become a trusted partner to clients, helping them maximise D365 and Power Platform.

Take ownership of escalations, diagnose complex incidents, and deliver remote support across D365, Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataflows while maintaining clear case notes and a strong client focus.

Qualifications

• Proven Microsoft Dynamics CRM/D365 experience, ideally in a support or technical role.
• Strong Power Platform administration and troubleshooting experience.
• Experience troubleshooting integrations.
• Knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate and Dataflows.

Responsibilities

This role will suit someone with experience working in a similar role such as Dynamics 365 Support Consultant, D365 Technical Consultant, Dynamics CRM Consultant, Dynamics 365 Consultant.

Experience with charity fundraising systems is also valuable.
