You will gather business requirements, configure solutions, deliver workshops and training, run user acceptance testing, and support Power Platform implementations with Power Apps and Power Automate. 2 years' experience required.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience with Dynamics 365 CE.
• Experience working for a Microsoft Partner (MSP).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Dynamics CRM Power Platform Functional Consultant

A Microsoft Partner is looking for a CRM Functional Consultant to join their growing team. This is a fully remote role offering the opportunity to work across a range of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects, helping clients improve processes and maximise the value of their CRM solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements from clients and stakeholders
• Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CE solutions
• Deliver workshops, training sessions, and user acceptance testing
• Support Power Platform implementations, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Provide ongoing support and recommendations for system improvements

Required Experience:

• 2 years' experience with Dynamics 365 CE
• Experience working for a Microsoft Partner (MSP)
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
• Knowledge of the Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
