Job summary

Iomart Group is seeking an experienced Microsoft Licensing Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations for our Microsoft Direct CSP programme. You will oversee licensing, billing, renewals and compliance, guiding a specialist team to deliver a seamless experience for customers, partners and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience in Microsoft CSP, SaaS licensing or cloud operations.
• Understanding of subscription lifecycle management, including provisioning, billing and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of the Microsoft CSP business.
• Manage licensing, provisioning, billing and customer lifecycle activities.
• Own the CSP renewals process throughout the year, incl. renewal season, and drive into sales.
• Oversee Microsoft Partner Center operations and CSP compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Service teams to support growth and excellence.
• Act as escalation point for customer and licensing issues; drive improvements.
