Job summary

Iomart Group is seeking an experienced Microsoft Licensing Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of the Microsoft Direct CSP programme, ensuring a seamless experience for customers, partners and internal teams.

You will oversee licensing, provisioning, billing, renewals and compliance, while leading a CSP Operations team and driving continuous improvement across the CSP platform, collaborating with Sales, Finance and Service Delivery to support growth.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Microsoft CSP, SaaS licensing or cloud operations.
• Strong understanding of subscription lifecycle management and provisioning.
• Experience leading and developing teams with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of the Microsoft CSP business.
• Oversee licensing, provisioning, billing and customer lifecycle activities.
• Own the CSP renewals process and drive improvements across the platform.
• Manage Microsoft Partner Center operations and CSP compliance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Service Delivery to support growth.
