Job summary

Capgemini’s Cloud Native Hyperscaler Azure team is seeking an experienced Microsoft Azure DevOps / Platform Engineer to lead enterprise-scale cloud transformation programmes. You will design and implement secure, scalable Azure platforms, lead teams, and advise clients across delivery lifecycles.

This senior role combines hands-on CI/CD, IaC with Terraform, Bicep and ARM templates, and GitHub Actions with leadership and mentoring.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale Azure DevOps and Platform Engineering solutions.
• Hands-on CI/CD design and automation using Azure DevOps, GitHub, or GitHub Actions.
• Deep IaC experience with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, cloud-native architectures, containerisation and Kubernetes.
• Experience embedding DevSecOps, security controls, governance, and Entra ID.
• Monitoring and observability expertise using Azure Monitor, Prometheus and Grafana.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and management of Azure DevOps pipelines and cloud platform solutions.
• Define DevOps strategies and roadmaps aligned to client objectives; mentor teams.
• Drive platform engineering and automation; advocate DevSecOps across lifecycles.
• Collaborate with delivery, security, QA, and operations to improve release velocity.
