Job summary

Arrow Electronics, a leading technology solutions provider, seeks a Microsoft CAIP Solutions Specialist for Cloud & AI Platforms. You will own CAIP strategy, enable channel partners, and drive Microsoft-aligned campaigns and events across AZURE, Data & App Innovation and Fabric.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT relationship management or vendor management.
• Experience working with Microsoft or Microsoft partner ecosystems.
• Interest in cloud infrastructure and AI solutions.
• Ability to run structured partner motions, campaigns, and enablement initiatives.
• Comfortable presenting to partners and engaging senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Act as Arrow’s CAIP solution area specialist and execute CAIP plays aligned with KPIs.
• Develop and manage relationships with Microsoft CAIP stakeholders and plans.
• Drive customer and workload acquisition through indirect channel partners.
• Enable reseller partners to position and sell CAIP solutions via campaigns and GTM motions.
• Manage a dedicated marketing budget and deliver Microsoft-aligned campaigns and events.
• Lead CAIP webinars and enablement sessions with internal and partner stakeholders.
• Track performance and pipeline against KPIs and report progress.
• Represent Arrow and Microsoft at solution-aligned summits and events.
