Arrow Electronics in the United Kingdom is seeking an AI Business Process Lead to own the strategy for Dynamics 365 Business Central and Power Platform. You will align with the AI Business Solutions Lead to accelerate adoption and develop repeatable offers and campaigns across regions.

You will coordinate with Microsoft, country teams, and partners, building frameworks, go-to-market motions, and enablement programs to land across all markets.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and distributor channel.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 BC and Power Platform to shape offers.
• Proven go-to-market, sales enablement, or partner programmes.
• Strong programme and project management across many countries.
• Stakeholder management across an international organisation.

Responsabilités

• Own the strategy for AI Business Process pillar and translate into a plan.
• Align with Microsoft and internal stakeholders on priorities and investments.
• Build go-to-market motions and repeatable plays for countries/partners.
• Drive country adoption and ensure motions land consistently.
• Lead marketing campaigns to generate demand and pipeline.
• Enable teams and partners through training on AI Business Process products.
• Create packaged services and frameworks for partners and countries.
