About Us: ITC is seeking a dynamic and experienced Microsoft Alliance Consultant to elevate our Microsoft Sales & Support practice.

Job Summary: The Microsoft Alliance Consultant will manage partnership lifecycles, oversee Microsoft Partner Center activities, and ensure adherence to Microsoft protocols. Responsibilities include deal registration, CPOR and PAL management, Azure Marketplace updates, and sales pipeline oversight. You will provide performance insights, develop risk mitigation strategies, and support funding initiatives. Building and maintaining strong relationships with Microsoft stakeholders and optimizing operational processes are key to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison for the Microsoft CSP program, ensuring all activities align with Microsoft's guidelines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and Microsoft to set and achieve strategic goals, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Participate in local events and activities to strengthen partner alliances.
  • Manage Microsoft Partner Center operations, including deal uploads, CPOR, PAL, and incentive funding management.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance project management practices and boost program efficiency.
  • Develop and manage marketplace presence, adhering to Microsoft's program guidelines.
  • Monitor key performance indicators for the CSP program, analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Identify potential risks in Microsoft programs and implement mitigation strategies to maintain compliance and efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience: At least 3 years in partner management, sales, business development, or related roles within the technology sector.
  • Skills:
    • Willingness to learn, receptive to feedback, and capable of integrating new ideas.
    • Strong team collaboration skills.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex concepts.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software tools.
