The successful candidate will play a lead role in responding to regulatory changes and will undertake horizon scanning, agree actions with the business, and oversee their implementation. Furthermore, the job holder will provide advice on financial promotions, approve their content, and provide information to third parties such as the regulator, external auditors, and service providers. Candidates should have a strong understanding of asset management, with working knowledge of product governance and ESG-related regulations being advantageous.
