Job summary

Hamilton Barnes Associates Limited is seeking a Microsoft Copilot Engineer to join its AI Enablement function in a hybrid role across multiple business units. You will design, deploy and maintain Copilot solutions, build agents in Copilot Studio, and drive adoption and governance of AI across the organisation.

The role offers exposure to cutting-edge Microsoft AI technologies, with hybrid working and a 5% employer pension.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Hands-on experience building agents using Copilot Studio.
  • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience delivering training and driving technology adoption.
  • Business Analyst-style experience gathering requirements and translating them into solutions.
  • Understanding of Microsoft governance and compliance tools, including Purview, DLP and sensitivity labels.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

  • Build automations and workflows using Power Automate and the wider Power Platform.
  • Lead and support Microsoft Copilot adoption initiatives across the organisation.
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops and enablement programmes for end users.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate business challenges into AI-driven solutions.
  • Create documentation, user guides and operational runbooks.
  • Support governance and compliance initiatives relating to AI deployment.
  • Collaborate with business representatives to identify and prioritise AI use cases.
  • Provide guidance on Microsoft Copilot best practices and emerging capabilities.
