Job summary

The postholder will drive digital change and support the Trust's NHS Microsoft 365 offering, acting as SME for M365. They will help 4,800 staff recognise the opportunities M365 offers to enhance workflows and develop working solutions for departments and services.

The role covers administration, support and ongoing development of the M365 environment, ensuring services are maintained, optimised and aligned with organisational needs. Training and guidance will support platform adoption.

Qualifications

  • Experience implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 within large organisations.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical M365 solutions.
  • Strong technical knowledge with problem escalation.

Responsibilities

  • Administer, support and develop the Trust's Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Act as senior escalation point for complex M365 issues.
  • Gather requirements, design solutions and deliver enhancements.
  • Lead rollout of new M365 capabilities and provide training.

Job description

The postholder will help drive the Trust's digital change andsupport the ongoing implementation of the NHS Microsoft 365offering "N365" within the Trust. The postholder will assume the SME role on all things M365and will be responsible for helping our 4500 staff grouprecognise the great opportunities M365 offers them inenhancing their everyday workflows/ processes and then usetheir strong technical M365 knowledge to help develop workingsolutions for their department/services.

The postholder will help the Trust make best use of theMicrosoft 365 product suite by understanding the businessneeds and translating these into relevant technical solutions,thereby enabling the Trust to achieve its organisational goalsand objectives., The post holder will be responsible for the administration, support, and ongoing development of the Trust's Microsoft 365 environment, ensuring services are maintained, optimised, and aligned with organisational requirements. They will provide specialist technical expertise across Microsoft 365 technologies, acting as the senior escalation point for complex issues and supporting the resolution of technical incidents., The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver enhancements that improve efficiency and user experience. They will contribute to the rollout of new Microsoft 365 capabilities, maintain technical documentation, support platform adoption through training and guidance, and ensure that services continue to evolve in line with organisational needs and Microsoft best practice.
