Job summary

The Haas F1 Team is seeking an IT Support Engineer focused on Modern Workplace to join our Banbury, UK office. You will support day‑to‑day operations, administer Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and related tools, and develop lightweight SharePoint/Power Platform solutions to improve user experience and service quality.

You will be the escalation point for complex incidents, ensuring timely resolution, contributing to knowledge base, and aligning with security and change control processes.

Qualifications

• BSc, MIS or IT-related qualification, or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 administration and/or development experience.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of high‑quality IT support and services across the organisation.
• Administer and enhance Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Autopilot, Power Platform, Entra ID).
• Design and enhance SharePoint and Power Platform solutions (forms, lists, pages, workflows, Power Automate).
• Provide 2nd/3rd line technical support to a global user base and manage incidents to resolution.
