Job summary

Bytes Software Services is seeking a Microsoft 365 Consultant to own end-to-end M365 projects remotely. You will work across Intune, migrations and related services with autonomy and direct impact.

You will design, deliver and optimise M365 solutions, run customer workshops, and collaborate with sales and service teams to shape offerings. This role offers remote delivery from the UK and opportunities to grow technical breadth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in live environments.
• Strong expertise across Intune, device onboarding and policy management.
• Hands-on experience with M365 migrations and related tooling.
• Confident running customer workshops and translating requirements into solutions.
• Solid knowledge of core M365 services and admin platforms.
• Microsoft certifications such as MS-102 and MD-102.

Responsibilities

• Lead tenant-to-tenant migrations and consolidations using the right tools and approach.
• Design clear, scalable M365 solutions aligned to customer needs.

• Build trusted relationships with customers, becoming a go-to technical advisor.
