Job summary

Bytes is seeking a Microsoft 365 Consultant to own end-to-end M365 projects, spanning Intune, migrations and broader M365 solutions, with autonomy and direct impact.

You will design and deliver high-quality M365 solutions, run workshops, and collaborate with pre-sales and service teams to shape offerings and improve delivery standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in live environments.
• Strong expertise across Intune, device onboarding and policy management.
• Hands-on experience with M365 migrations and related tooling.
• Confident running customer workshops and translating requirements into solutions.
• Solid knowledge of core M365 services and admin platforms.
• Certifications such as MS-102 and MD-102.

Responsibilities

You will shape delivery from early scoping through to implementation, working closely with sales and service teams.
