Job summary

East Midlands Combined County Authority (EMCCA) is seeking a forward-thinking Microsoft Product Officer to lead the Microsoft 365, digital workplace and AI initiatives across the organisation.

You will shape the product vision, roadmaps and adoption programs, partnering with senior leaders and technology partners to deliver secure, well-governed, user-focused solutions that maximise the value of EMCCA's digital investments.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled digital workplace solutions.
• Ability to design and govern large-scale collaboration platforms.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across senior leadership and delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and continuous improvement of EMCCA's Microsoft 365 and AI roadmap.
• Design digital solutions using Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive and Power Platform.
• Own end-to-end lifecycle of Microsoft 365 services and adoption targets.
