Alexander House Hotel & Utopia Spa's Tudor Pass in Egham is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead a private, intimate dining room that operates Wednesday through Saturday for lunch and dinner. The role requires passion for food, exceptional wine knowledge, and a talent for inspiring a 3-person team to deliver outstanding service in a Michelin-starred setting.

The successful candidate will manage service standards, guest relations, and seating plans while maintaining pristine work

Qualifications

• Smart appearance and grooming are essential for front-of-house leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for food and guest service are required.
• Strong guest-service mindset with a focus on hospitality excellence.
• Proven experience managing a small team in a Michelin-starred or high-end restaurant.
• Technical food and beverage knowledge to guide service and wine pairing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the restaurant is prepared for service.
• Meet and greet guests and take orders.
• Roster planning and staff supervision.
• Coach staff to develop skills and maintain high standards.
• Serve food and beverages including wine.
• Complete guest satisfaction checks and address feedback.
• Resolve service issues and present bills to guests.
