Restaurant Story, a celebrated two Michelin-starred restaurant, seeks a General Manager to lead a hands-on, inspiring team and deliver an exceptional dining experience for every guest in a creative, high-energy setting.

Ideal candidates bring GM or restaurant leadership experience, a passion for hospitality at the highest level, and proven ability to manage finances, recruitment, and stock with impeccable standards across housekeeping and service.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Restaurant or General Manager essential, preferably Michelin or 3+ Rosette
• Proven ability to lead, train and inspire a team
• Passion for hospitality and service at the highest level
• Guest-focused service culture
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage
• Experience in managing financials, recruitment and team development, stock management and health and safety
• Maintain impeccable standards of housekeeping across the property
• Warm, friendly and humble personality
• Desire to develop your career within an ambitious and growing restaurant group
