Blue Shock Executive Search recruits top-tier candidates for restaurant and hospitality roles across NA. Our client seeks General Managers, Assistant General Managers and Assistant Managers who will lead operations, mentor teams, and drive guest satisfaction while achieving revenue and profit goals.

The role reports to the General Manager as the #2/#3 in command, focusing on culture, training, cost control, and financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of operational success in a restaurant environment.
• Proven track record as a Restaurant Manager with P&L impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Efficient time management and goal orientation.
• Ability to multi-task and drive initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and leadership presence.
• Business degree in hospitality or related field is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Create and enhance a restaurant culture focused on guest satisfaction.
• Establish and review beverage programs with the bar team.
• Adhere to budgets and drive costs, sales and profits.
• Lead disciplinary actions and performance management of managers.
• Conduct restaurant audits to ensure excellence.
• Address guest feedback and coordinate follow-ups.
• Develop management and crew through training and coaching.
• Assist with weekly financial reporting and variance analysis.
• Monitor expenses and implement cost-containment practices.
• Evaluate training to ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
