Secure Trust Bank PLC is seeking an MI Manager for a 6-month FTC to lead risk reporting transformation. The role focuses on designing Power BI dashboards, automating reporting processes, and delivering executive insights across risk and data teams.

You will engage senior stakeholders and drive adoption of AI-enabled reporting. The position requires strong SQL, Alteryx experience, and a track record of delivering regulated reporting improvements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills with Alteryx or similar tools.
• Experience automating reporting processes and reducing manual MI workloads.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable executive-level insights.

Responsibilities

• Lead the transformation of Risk reporting across the Bank and influence senior stakeholders.
• Design and deliver high-quality Power BI dashboards for senior Risk stakeholders.
• Develop executive-level visuals to simplify risk data and support decisions.
• Build scalable data models and reporting frameworks for multiple needs.
• Automate data sourcing and reporting processes using SQL, Alteryx, and similar tools.
• Explore AI capabilities (Copilot) to enhance reporting and insights.
