Secure Trust Bank PLC is seeking an MI Manager for a 6-month FTC to lead risk reporting transformation. The role focuses on designing Power BI dashboards, automating reporting processes, and delivering executive insights across risk and data teams.
You will engage senior stakeholders and drive adoption of AI-enabled reporting. The position requires strong SQL, Alteryx experience, and a track record of delivering regulated reporting improvements.

Lead the transformation of Risk reporting across the Bank. This high-profile role offers the opportunity to influence senior stakeholders, shape reporting strategy and drive meaningful change across the Risk function. Combining strong leadership, stakeholder engagement and technical expertise, you'll champion the adoption of Power BI, automation and emerging technologies such as AI and Copilot to deliver smarter insights, streamline processes and support better decision-making at the highest levels of the organisation.
Proven experience designing and delivering Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions, with a strong understanding of data modelling and BI best practice.
Strong SQL and data analysis skills, with experience using Alteryx or similar tools to transform, automate and optimise complex datasets.
Demonstrable track record of automating reporting processes, streamlining MI environments and reducing reliance on manual reporting.
Ability to produce high-quality executive-level reporting, translating complex data into clear, actionable business insights.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience gathering requirements and delivering practical analytical solutions.
Experience leading change and delivering reporting transformation initiatives across multiple teams, ideally within a regulated environment. Experience in financial services, risk, consumer lending, AI/Copilot, cloud-based data platforms or reporting governance would be advantageous.
