Man Group is seeking a People Analytics & AI Transformation Analyst for an initial 6-month FTC. You will support the development of People analytics, build dashboards, and apply AI tools under the Head of People Operations & Systems.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical background and data literacy required.
• Experience applying AI concepts to business tasks is a plus.
• Ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the build and maintenance of the firm’s People reporting suite, keeping outputs accurate, relevant and fit for purpose.
• Assist in producing People reports and dashboards, tailoring outputs for different audiences under guidance.
• Help produce regular MI for the People team.
• Create clear, engaging visual data aids to explain data trends.
• Respond to routine People data queries, escalating complex requests as needed.
• Assist with drafting REP and DDQ response content, using AI-assisted tools where appropriate.
• Learn and apply AI and data tools to People data tasks, building capability over time.
• Support exploration and prototyping of new AI-enabled analytics approaches.
• Develop knowledge of People analytics techniques, data sources, and emerging AI tools.
• Bring fresh ideas and a curious mindset, suggesting improvements to processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes through AI and automation.
• Assist with testing and piloting new tools, dashboards and automated solutions.
• Help gather simple measures of improvement to show impact on People processes.
• Contribute to data quality by flagging reporting issues.
• Develop skills in Power BI, Excel, and Workday-based reporting.
• Collaborate with the Head of People Operations & Systems and the People team.
