Flair Rugs, a long-established UK company, is seeking an experienced MHE Trainer in Facilities to deliver high-quality, compliant training on Material Handling Equipment for our warehouse team. You will ensure operators meet required standards, maintain safety, and support continuous improvement on site.
Based at Flair Rugs, you will build training records, induct new colleagues, and promote a culture of learning.
