Qualifications

• PPT experience desirable but not essential.

• Reliable timekeeping and flexible shift approach.

Responsibilities

• Pick, load and move stock accurately across the warehouse.

• Prepare goods for dispatch and ensure orders meet the required standard.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe at all times.

Job Description

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join Warrens at our Crick site joining a busy ambient warehouse operation. Working across our Bread and Cake Distribution sites, you will support the smooth day-to‑day running of the warehouse by helping with picking, loading, inbound activity and general stock movement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, hands‑on work, takes pride in accuracy and safety, and is comfortable working as part of a team in a fast‑paced logistics environment.

Shift pattern

4 on 4 off Nights from 18:00 - 06:00

Salary

£13.88 per hour plus £1.38 per hour shift allowance

What you'll be doing

• Pick, load and move stock accurately across the warehouse.
• Support inbound activity, including checking goods and moving products to the correct locations.
• Use PPT equipment where trained and authorised to do so.
• Prepare goods for dispatch and help ensure orders are completed to the required standard.
• Keep work areas clean, tidy and safe at all times.
• Follow all health and safety procedures, reporting any issues or hazards promptly.

What we're looking for
