Culina Group’s Warrens site in Crick seeks reliable Warehouse Operatives for a busy ambient operation. You’ll handle picking, loading and stock movement, supporting inbound activity and packing goods for dispatch. Roles suit practical, hands-on workers who value accuracy and safety in a fast-paced team.

Shift pattern is 4 on 4 off nights 18:00–06:00 with a salary of £13.88 per hour plus £1.38 per hour shift allowance. A strong culture and development opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred, particularly within picking, loading, inbound or stock movement.
• PPT experience is desirable but not essential.
• A good level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• A strong focus on health and safety.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
• Reliable timekeeping and a positive, flexible approach to shift work.

We are looking for reliable and hardworking Warehouse Operatives to join Warrens at our Crick site joining a busy ambient warehouse operation. Working across our Bread and Cake Distribution sites, you willsupport the smooth day-to-day running of the warehouse by helping with picking, loading, inbound activity and general stock movement.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy and safety, and is comfortable working as part of a team in a fast-paced logistics environment.
