Job summary

Culina Group's Warrens operation in Bolton is seeking a confident Warehouse Supervisor to lead the bread distribution team in a fast-paced 24-hour warehouse. You will drive productivity, ensure quality and safety, and maintain excellent service for major retailers and bakeries.

This full-time, permanent role offers a 4 on 4 off shift pattern (10:00–22:00) with a hourly rate of £13.84. You will coach up to 40 colleagues, monitor KPIs, and contribute to continuous improvements across the operation.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience in a fast-paced operation.
• Previous team leader or supervisory experience in an FMCG/food manufacturing background.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to share information clearly and confidently.
• Able to prioritise workloads effectively and meet deadlines in a busy operational environment.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and help deliver or exceed targets and KPIs.
• Confident using IT systems and standard computer applications.
• Professional, approachable and supportive in the way you work with others.

Responsibilities

• Lead, organise and support a team of up to 40 warehouse colleagues across the Bread, cake and other morning products operation.
• Drive shift performance to ensure productivity, service and operational KPI targets are consistently achieved.
• Promote high standards of health, safety, hygiene and compliance, making sure all processes and records are completed accurately.
• Carry out quality and compliance checks to ensure the operation meets customer and audit standards.
• Deliver team briefings and clear communication so colleagues stay informed, engaged and focused on priorities.
• Support the smooth running of goods in and warehouse operations so stock is received, handled and made available efficiently. Coach, support and develop team members to maximise performance and encourage progression.

We are looking for a confident and hands-onWarehouse Supervisorto join our Warrens Operation at our Blackrod operation in Bolton. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, modern warehouse environment where you will lead a team across our Bread distribution operation within a 24 hour warehouse operation

In this role, you will support the site in leading, motivating and developing the team, while making sure productivity, quality, health and safety, and customer service standards are achieved every day. You will play a key part in keeping the operation running smoothly and ensuring all customer requirements are delivered to a high standard.

This is afull-time, permanentposition working4 on 4 offshift pattern of between 10:00 and 22:00

Key Responsibilities

What We Are Looking For
