A leading MGA brokerage firm in London is seeking an experienced MGA broker to enhance their team. The role involves working on Delegated Underwriting Authority placements, with a priority focus on Casualty binding authorities. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in broking/underwriting, strong technical understanding, and excellent communication skills. Aon is currently recruiting for an MGA broker to join the MGA Segment team in London. This role will work with the senior brokers/Account Executives, driving broking and growth strategy, junior brokers, responsible for providing broking execution and services to our clients at a tactical level, and account managers.
They will co-ordinate and contribute to the marketing and / or negotiation of delegated authorities and associated MGA transactions, within both the Lloyd’s and Company Market in accordance with market strategy.
This role comes to the market at an exciting time, as the team continue to achieve and set substantial targets. Further, Aon Reinsurance UK have an increased focus on the MGA segment.
