• Analyse tender documents, specifications and data.
• Prepare technical proposals and work plans with risk assessments.

• Identify technical challenges and propose solutions.
• Assist in formulating execution plans for underground works.
• Coordinate with geotechnical, construction and subcontractors teams.
• Support pre-bid meetings and client presentations.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders during tendering.
• Prepare comprehensive bid documents and records.
• Report progress and risk management plans.
