Job summary

United Utilities is seeking a Contract Performance Coordinator to join the Metering Department in a permanent role at Lingley Mere, Warrington. The role focuses on supporting the Contract and Performance Manager to maintain relationships with Non Household retailers for meter reading services.

You will analyse meter reading performance, oversee invoicing, and drive continuous improvement across passive AMR infrastructure and third-party contracts.

Qualifications

• GCSE level Grade C or equivalent in Maths.
• Experience producing reports and analysing performance data.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop collaborative relationships with contracted retailers for meter reading services.
• Ensure activities are compliant with Competition Law.
• Manage monthly invoicing for meter reading services.
• Review performance with 27 local councils on passive AMR infrastructure.
• Analyze performance data to drive improvements in AMR capability.
• Produce and manage daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports and scorecards.
• Identify opportunities for service improvement and highlight risks.
