Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Metering Coordinator in the United Utilities department to oversee coordination, planning and streetworks for pre-site activities. You will ensure works are planned against push plans and dates, compliant with NRSWA, while minimising financial impact to the company.

You will coordinate site visits, manage TIC data in works systems, and generate daily/weekly reports to meet service levels. A robust attention to detail and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience working in Utilities preferred.
• Experience in a planning/coordinator role.
• Ability to prioritise workload under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review UU customer applications for internal and external meter installations.
• Review and close customer applications in triage.
• Coordinate site visits with field resource to update customer account information.
• Maintain timely and accurate input and uploading of information into the works management systems.
• Ensure that all client and operational requirements are met in a professional and efficient manner.
• Provide daily and weekly reports as required and ensure service levels and objectives are achieved.
• Provide a positive and innovative input into the team, through solutions to problems and embracing change.
