Job summary

Fusion People are seeking an experienced Fabricator Installer to join a growing company specialising in bespoke metalwork fabrication and installation. The role combines workshop fabrication with on-site installation across commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

You will read technical drawings, fabricate to specification, and install products on site, maintaining high workmanship standards and safety. A Full UK Driving Licence is required; CSCS is desirable but not essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as Fabricator Installer, Metal Fabricator, Welder Fabricator, or similar role.
• Ability to read and work from engineering and architectural drawings.
• Experience working with steel, aluminium, and other metal products.
• Competent using workshop fabrication equipment and site installation tools.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• CSCS Card desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Fabricating steel, aluminium, and metalwork products to specification.
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
• Installing fabricated products on commercial, industrial, and residential sites.
• Using a variety of hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment.
• Ensuring all installations are completed safely and professionally.
• Liaising with site managers, clients, and colleagues to ensure projects are delivered on time.
• Adhering to all health and safety regulations.
