Sweat Pants Agency LLC is seeking a performance media buyer to drive growth for DTC and ecommerce brands through Meta ads. The role requires running paid media with a marketer's mindset, building testing roadmaps, guiding creative strategy, and communicating with clients.

If you have scaled ecommerce brands, managed meaningful ad spend, and use AI daily to improve results, we want to hear from you. You’ll work fast, own campaigns, and help scale proven frameworks.

Competenze

• Hands-on experience scaling ecommerce brands.
• Managed Meta Ads with real spend and can show results (CPA, ROAS, revenue).
• Bonus: built/operated your own Shopify store or ecommerce brand.
• Creative is the lever: pull insights from reviews, competitor ads, and comments to generate new angles.

Mansioni

• Own paid media strategy for DTC/eCommerce clients on Meta.
• Build creative testing roadmaps: develop angles, write briefs for editors, analyze what's working.
• Manage ad budgets ranging from $30k/month to $1m/month per client.
• Diagnose the full funnel: identify if issues are creative, offer, or conversion.
• Communicate clearly with clients: present results, plans, and next steps.
• Work with UGC creators: source talent, write scripts, direct content when needed.
