Solus is seeking a MET Technician in the UK to join our repair team. You’ll strip, repair and refit mechanical, electrical and trim components, diagnose faults, and reassemble vehicles to a safe, high‑quality standard.

You’ll work closely with panel, paint and production colleagues, maintaining safe practices and delivering first‑time‑right repairs. We value problem‑solving, teamwork and technical judgement, with opportunities to develop skills through our apprenticeship programmes and ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience in an automotive repair environment with a structured safety approach.
• Strong attention to detail and quality‑first mindset.
• Ability to diagnose faults and perform repairs in line with manufacturer methods.

Responsibilities
