Solus, owned by Aviva, is recruiting a motivated MET Technician to join our UK repair network. You’ll deliver high‑quality mechanical, electrical and trim repairs, diagnose faults and work with a supportive team to achieve first‑time‑fit results.

Qualificações

• Experience as MET Technician in an accident repair environment or automotive technician transitioning to MET.
• Solid technical foundation in automotive repair and a quality-focused mindset.
• Willingness to learn and develop MET skills with funded training.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality mechanical, electrical and trim repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently and safely.
• Work collaboratively with the workshop and wider team.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised working environment.
• Contribute to first-time-right repairs and excellent customer outcomes.
