Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Nuneaton is seeking an experienced MET Technician to dismantle and rebuild accident-damaged vehicles to manufacturer standards.

You will diagnose faults, refit mechanical, electrical and trim components, and ensure repairs meet modern vehicle methods while working in a supportive team. The role offers a competitive salary (£45k base, up to £52k OTE), with pension, generous holidays, and career progression.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ MET Technician experience in an accident repair centre or bodyshop.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong knowledge of modern vehicle mechanical, electrical and trim systems.
• IMI Accreditation preferred.
• Ability to diagnose faults and work independently to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Dismantling and rebuilding accident-damaged vehicles to manufacturer standards.
• Removing, refitting and replacing mechanical, electrical and trim components.
• Diagnosing and reporting additional damage identified during repairs.
• Ensuring repairs align with manufacturer repair methods.
• Reconnecting and testing electrical and mechanical systems post-repair.
