You will build relationships with merchants, prepare proposals, manage CRM updates, and help drive KPIs with a collaborative team in sales, operations and logistics. The role offers an annual salary with commission, pension, health plan and other benefits.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a sales/technical role desirable.
• Charismatic and tenacious telesales approach.
• Ideally experience in construction/building materials.
• Strong communication, presentation & IT skills.
• Adaptable, self-driven & team oriented.
• Strong negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build existing customer relationships to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
• Grow new business by engaging decision makers within the construction industry.
• Deliver updates via CRM, attend monthly team meetings and prepare reports.
• Network at supplier and industry events to promote the brand.
• Prepare customer proposals and solutions with clear costings.
• Achieve Sales KPIs set by management.
• Collaborate with sales, operations and logistics teams.
