eXPD8 eXPD8 Ltd. is seeking a Merchandising Team Leader to supervise a field-based team across UB5 and surrounding London postcodes. You will supervise day-to-day activity, recruit and coach staff, and stay hands-on in stores to ensure planograms and displays meet client standards.

The role requires full driving access, retail merchandising experience, and strong planning and communication skills. It offers a base rate with performance incentives and a flexible benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a field-based team of 40 part-time merchandisers by scheduling and monitoring day-to-day activity across your district.
• In-store execution of briefs and planograms, ensuring products, displays and POS materials are set up to a high standard.
• Recruiting, onboarding and coaching your team to deliver work on time and to client standards.
• Hands-on in stores delivering merchandising activity in line with briefs and planograms.
• Check and maintain presentation quality across all stores within the district.

We're looking for a Merchandising Team Leader in the UB5 area.

At eXPD8, you'll work with brands stocked in every major UK retailer, ensuring they're presented exactly as intended. As a Merchandising Team Leader, you'll bring those standards to life on the ground in your District.

About the role:

You'll play a key role by supervising a field-based team of 40 part-time merchandisers by scheduling and monitoring day‑to‑day activity across your district, recruiting, onboarding and coaching your team to ensure work is delivered on time and to client standards.

Alongside supervision, you'll remain hands‑on in store, delivering merchandising activity in line with briefs and planograms and checking that products, displays, and POS materials are set up correctly and presented to a high standard.

Ideal Recruitment Area: UB5

Areas Covered: DTL to cover in a area consisting of the following postcodes in and around London. UB, HA, KT, with parts of TW and W. Map will be provided during interview to confirm. Due to large area a driver will be required.

Hours: Minimum 30 hours per week (18 hours team supervision, 12+ hours client merchandising)

Working days would be Monday to Friday with occasional weekend work required due to missed calls.

Rate: £12.85 per hour for team supervisory tasks and £14.25 per hour for merchandising tasks
