Curious about being at the intersection of innovation and customer obsession? Amazon Fresh Stores UK offers a checkout-free shopping experience enabled by our Just Walk Out (JWO) Technology, which detects when products are taken or returned from shelves and keeps track of them in a virtual cart. Customers can leave the store after shopping, and their Amazon account is charged automatically, with a receipt issued. JWO uses advanced technologies including computer vision, sensor fusion, and machine learning. We pride ourselves on our selection, offering essentials, local favorites, seasonal items, and delicious ready-to-eat and heat meals. Our goal is to be Earth’s most customer-centric company, and we are just getting started. We seek motivated, innovative, customer-obsessed individuals to join our team.

We are hiring a highly motivated Visual Merchandising Manager with a strong customer focus and analytical skills. The role involves leading multiple workstreams to create engaging planograms using Blue Yonder software, ensuring timely delivery. The candidate should communicate effectively with leadership regarding status, risks, and process changes, and possess exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills to thrive in a fast-paced environment across multiple teams.

Key responsibilities include:
- Leading workstreams to improve planogram creation and store resets.
- Developing data-driven analysis to support decisions.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to meet critical deadlines.
- Driving continuous improvement through tracking mechanisms.
- Ensuring high standards for customer experience.
