Job Introduction

As Senior Visual Merchandiser, you will oversee the daily operations of the Visual Merchandising team. Your responsibilities include delivering inspiring VM creative that attracts customers and maintains high merchandising standards. You will support the VM Manager and be a key member of the VM team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee VM presentation of your area, supported by your line manager.
• Conduct comparative 'shop' visits to monitor competition and industry trends.
• Work on product presentation, setting standards, and benchmarking against competitors.
• Implement themed installations within your departments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Train retail operations staff on merchandising standards and maintenance.
• Coordinate with Buying & Merchandising and Retail Operations to optimize product layouts and brand adjacencies.
• Source fixtures for brands and liaise with the Buying & Merchandising team on brand collaborations.
• Communicate schemes and ideas to buyers and Retail Operations using PowerPoint at least 2 weeks prior to installation.
• Train entry-level team members on VM standards.

About You

• Proven experience in a similar VM role; background in creative arts is a plus, especially in merchandising and mannequin styling.
• Ability to remain calm and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong relationship-building abilities.
• Adaptability to multitask and respond to reactive business needs.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and attention to detail.
