Job summary

Whistles in London is recruiting a Merchandising Admin Assistant to support the merchandising team in forecasting sales, stock allocation and promotions. You will analyse reports on sales, stock, intake, markdown and margin, liaise with suppliers and the Distribution Centre, and ensure stock arrives on time.

Qualifications

• Highly analytical and commercially driven mindset.
• Comfortable with analysing large data sets and navigating Excel and spreadsheets confidently.
• Collaborative by nature and a resourceful communicator.

Responsibilities

• Forecast sales and allocate stock; develop in-store and online promotions.
• Trade the range commercially with Buying to maximise profit and minimise markdown.
• Analyse reports on sales, stock, intake, markdown and margin; liaise with suppliers and Distribution Centre to ensure timely stock.
