Job summary

UNIQLO is recruiting a Merchandising Admin Assistant to sit within the EU Merchandising Planning team in London. You will support Merchandisers with data entry, reports and stock analysis, and work closely with allocation teams and Tokyo liaison.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years merchandising/administrative experience, a degree in merchandising or analytical subject, and strong Excel skills. This hybrid role offers exposure in a fast‑fashion environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of merchandising experience or similar role.
• Degree in merchandising or analytical subject.
• Experience in administrative duties is preferred.
• Retail or fashion exposure is advantageous.
• Strong Excel skills and numerical accuracy are essential.

Responsibilities

• Support Merchandisers with data collection, entry, and report preparation.
• Update weekly, monthly and ad hoc reports.
• Analyse day‑to‑day sales and stock levels.
• Liaise with inventory control on stock queries and adjustments.
• Assist with re-pricing, markdowns, sizing and colour confirmations.
• Liaise with stores and Tokyo head office.
• Conduct competitor analysis and propose stock improvements.
• Provide ad‑hoc admin support within merchandising.
