Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in London is seeking a Merchandising Analytics Analyst to support planning, allocation and replenishment decisions across global websites and stores. You will run reports, spot trends and liaise with suppliers to optimise deliveries to our fulfilment centres.

The role offers growth opportunities within the merchandising team and involves collaborating with cross-functional partners in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• First-rate organisational skills.
• Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel & Outlook.
• Know-how with numbers.
• A logical approach and a flair for problem solving.

• Great communication skills – both over email and face-to-face.

Responsibilities

• Accurately allocate new styles and replenishment to our global websites and retail stores.
• Review and update allocation quantities based on performance and market profile.
• Ensure new stores receive an optimum range.
• Manage your department’s inbound stock into our DC, working with suppliers to ensure on time deliveries.
• Run regular delivery schedule meetings with the BAA to keep everything on track.
• Provide accurate reporting on store, style and territory performance regularly.
