Exciting Opportunity in a London-Based Fashion Retailer

Join us as a Merchandising Admin Assistant (MAA). We have multiple openings and are seeking candidates who are eager to thrive and advance in their careers.

Minimum Requirements

  • Placement or work experience in merchandising or allocation roles
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent numerical, analytical, and interpretive skills
  • Above a grade C at GCSE Maths
  • Recent relevant head office retail experience
  • Strong IT skills, particularly in Excel (including VLOOKUPs and pivot tables)

Main Responsibilities

  1. Assist the merchandising department with administrative tasks
  2. Support stock allocation processes
  3. Liaise with buyers, quality control, and contracts managers to track product status
  4. Coordinate with QC teams to chase gold seals
  5. Monitor stock progression through manufacturing to meet delivery dates
  6. Track sales, stock movements, and identify best sellers
  7. Analyze and report on stock levels, markdowns, sales, intake, and margins
  8. Create purchase orders and support merchandisers in PO management
