Job summary

Boden is seeking a Merchandising Admin Assistant to provide essential admin support to the Product team, helping maximise sales and profits through intake and delivery management. You’ll ensure stock is in the right place at the right time and deliver thoughtful analysis and reporting.

Based at our North Acton Office 3-4 days per week, you will build cross-functional relationships and support stock reporting, PO processing, and data accuracy across systems.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage Purchase Order and approval process.
• Review Stock Intake against plans.
• Provide weekly stock availability reporting.
• Support Monday trade reporting.
• Maintain data accuracy across systems.
• Manage PO process from raising, checking and issuing; all in a timely and efficient manner.
• Build cross-functional relationships across Design, Product Merchandising, Product Development & Garment Tech.
• Take on ad hoc duties as requested.
